In order to provide the highest quality of service to our renters, we handle all rentals ourselves.  You can book your reservation directly with us, the owners of the home, eliminating the need to go through a rental agent.

We are currently booking reservations!!!  If you have any questions or would like to make a reservation please call us at (937) 434-6087.  The summer books very quickly, so call as early as possible to reserve the dates you desire.



Items Provided: Bed linens, dishtowels, and starter supplies of: bath soap, toilet tissue, coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent.

Items to Bring: Towels (bath and beach), washcloths,  paper items (towels, facial tissues, etc.), foil/plastic wrap, charcoal, and additional starter supply items.

Maximum number of guests: 12 - this number includes children.

Pets:   “NO PET” policy. Should pets be found inside or outside, you will be asked to leave without refund.

Trash Pickup:  Trash must be in plastic bags & tied properly.  Trash must be placed in outside trash cans upon departure.


Telephones: The telephone provided in the house is for local and long distance calls.  No calls can be charged to the house telephone.

Problems: We will try to respond quickly to any problems you might develop during your stay.  If you do encounter any issues please contact us immediately so we can address them.

Groceries/Fuel: We are 20 to 25 minutes from major grocery stores and fuel centers. LaFollette and Jacksboro have several large grocery stores.

Alcohol: Liquor is not available for sale in Campbell County.  Beer and wine may be purchased in LaFollette, at small grocery stores, and at many boat marinas on the lake. 

Boat Docking:  A dock space on our shared floating dock is included with the rental. 

Trailer Parking:  A trailer parking permit is required to park your trailer in the designated Deerfield Resort trailer parking area.  Permits can be obtained at the Deerfield Resort office.


Boat rentals: The following marinas close to Deerfield offer fuel and other services such as pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats or wave runners for rent: Sugar Hollow Dock 423-562-3466, Shanghai Resort 423-562-7651,or Springs Dock 423-562-2405. 

Fishing Licenses:  Fishing licenses are not availible at most marinas- they can be purchased at WalMart in LaFollette.
